We had a problem with water dripping in the refrigerator and freezing. I watched lots of YouTube videos but decided to leave it to the experts. We chose Pegasus because of the great reviews. We were not disappointed. Peter was fantastic. A very knowledgeable person. Explained everything, provided a quote and was able to do the service immediately. We think of plumbers and repair people as being over priced. Frankly, experience says you get what you pay for. No disappointment with Pegasus and Peter. Well worth the prompt and friendly service. He also did a repair to the dishwasher. We would highly recommend Pegasus for any of your appliance repairs. ~ Ian M

I am happy with the repair service so far. I had an issue with the circulation pump motor. Dishes were not cleaned properly, and there was a motor-struggling sounds coming from the dishwasher. First appointment was scheduled on the same day and a received a quote at end of it. After two weeks, the landlord accepted to proceed with the repair. Pegasus team ordered the part, and it arrived after week. The technician was professional, and left the area clean after finishing. I also liked that they had an internal app to track information about services: appointment, payments, automatic emails with the receipt and estimates. ~ Joaquín V

I needed an older model built in oven repaired. So I called Pegasus appliance repair. They returned my call promptly within the hour and scheduled a service call for the next day! I was very surprised and pleased that the repair could be done so quickly and efficiently! The technician was very knowledgeable and knew right away what was wrong with the oven In less than an hour the oven was in good working order again! He was also friendly and patient with me answering the questions I had for him in a kind and understanding way. I highly recommend the service to anyone especially those who have older appliances. Igor came on time (actually early), diagnosed the problem with my washing machine within minutes, and gave me professional advice on how to proceed. The machine could be fixed, but Igor said it would cost too much so I should start looking for a new machine. He stands to make no money from me by offering this advice and that meant a lot to me. Great company. I needed a dishwasher control board. They were there promptly to diagnose the issue and replaced the board.
