Igor came on time (actually early), diagnosed the problem with my washing machine within minutes, and gave me professional advice on how to proceed. The machine could be fixed, but Igor said it would cost too much so I should start looking for a new machine. He stands to make no money from me by offering this advice and that meant a lot to me. I needed an older model built in oven repaired. So I called Pegasus appliance repair. They returned my call promptly within the hour and scheduled a service call for the next day! I was very surprised and pleased that the repair could be done so quickly and efficiently! The technician was very knowledgeable and knew right away what was wrong with the oven In less than an hour the oven was in good working order again!
